Good evening, this is Weazel News. Seismologists at the San Andreas Geological Survey are warning of a sharply increased risk of a major earthquake beneath Los Santos in the coming days.

More than two hundred micro-quakes have been recorded under La Mesa and Murrieta Heights this week, and GPS stations show the ground shifting several millimetres along the fault. Experts now put the chance of a magnitude six or greater at one in five.

Earthquakes cannot be predicted to the hour, so prepare tonight: secure heavy furniture, keep water and a torch ready, and remember: drop, cover and hold on. Stay with Weazel News.
