This is an official advisory from the San Andreas Office of Emergency Management. The San Andreas Geological Survey has recorded a sustained swarm of small earthquakes beneath east Los Santos, centred on La Mesa and Murrieta Heights.
Swarms like this can come before a larger earthquake, and the Survey now estimates a one in five chance of a magnitude six or greater within the coming days. This is not a prediction of a specific time.
